At VANTE, we want you to love what you wear.
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

Be in its original packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Exchanges
Once your exchange request is approved and the original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
No Refund Policy
VANTE does not offer refunds. We provide exchanges only for eligible products requested within the 7-day exchange window.
